About Us
Our group came together in 2012 with an aim of exploring, gathering, preserving and promoting our unique & rich local culture and heritage.
It is our objective to record and present this information in an easy and accessible format for all. In addition to this we hold talks and events on various facets of this heritage.
The group welcomes contributions from others in relation to our heritage. We are endeavouring to create a repository and archive for our Community and actively seek photographs, records and documents relating to the heritage of our people and our place. We have a monthly meeting of the group on the 3rd Wednesday of the month in Moylough Community Resource, Cultural & Heritage Office. All are welcome to attend.
